Fastcode Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services rendered by Fastcode.

 

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their Fastcode subscription at any time. You are free to discontinue our service whenever you choose. We have no cancellation fees.

1. Cancellation Before End of Billing Cycle: If a customer cancels before the end of their billing cycle, they will retain access to their services until the end of the current billing cycle. No future charges will be made following the cancellation.

2. Cancellation After Billing Cycle: Cancellation after the commencement of a new billing cycle will be effective for the next billing cycle. The customer will be able to continue using the service for the remaining duration of the current billing cycle.

To cancel your Fastcode subscription, please follow the instructions on our website or contact our customer support team.

Refund Policy

​

Given the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for partial use of our services, or for months unused with an open account. This means that if a customer chooses to cancel their subscription before the end of their current paid up month, no refund will be provided for the remaining days.

In exceptional cases, Fastcode may provide a refund at our discretion. Refunds are typically processed within a certain number of business days, depending on the payment processor and the customer's bank.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to revise our policy in special circumstances including, but not limited to, instances of payment fraud, or when a customer has not had an opportunity to use the service due to technical issues from ClicksVault’s side.

 

Changes to our Refund and Cancellation Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, customer feedback, or changes in laws and regulations. When we post changes to this policy, we will revise the "effective date" at the top of the policy. We encourage customers to periodically review this policy to stay informed about our practices.
